Oak Forest Developer Discussion Panel (Summary Report)

The RTA, in partnership with the Urban Land Institute (ULI) coordinated a panel of development experts to provide input, guidance and advice to the City of Oak Forest as they work to attract TOD in the Oak Forest Metra station area. This Developer Discussion Panel was part of plan implementation efforts related to the Chicago Southland TOD Corridor Planning Study Phase II study that included the preparation of pre-development work and associated market supportable conceptual development plans for a specific development site located in proximity to the Oak Forest Metra station.
